At WedShip, every product we create is made especially for you. Our store focuses on customized and personalized gifts, including personalized magazines, Polaroid photo prints, photo booth strips, stickers, and customized wedding cards. Each item is carefully designed and produced based on the photos, text, and personal details that customers submit during the ordering process.

Because every product is uniquely created for a specific person or occasion, returns and refunds are generally not possible. Unlike standard retail products, personalized items cannot be restocked, resold, or reused once they have been produced. For this reason, all orders placed on WedShip are considered final once they enter the production process.

No Return or Refund for Personalized Products

Since our products are custom-made according to customer-provided content, WedShip does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges after an order has been confirmed and production has started. Each item is created specifically for the customer who placed the order, which means it cannot be returned and sold to someone else.

We kindly ask customers to carefully review all customization details before confirming their order. This includes checking uploaded photos, spelling of names, messages, dates, and any other personalization details. Our team will design and print the product exactly according to the information submitted during the order process.

Customer Responsibility for Submitted Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all photos, text, and other details provided for customization are accurate and suitable for printing. WedShip is not responsible for issues related to

  • Spelling or wording errors submitted by the customer
  • Low-resolution, blurry, or poor-quality images uploaded during ordering
  • Incorrect names, dates, or personalization details provided by the customer
  • Cropping or layout limitations caused by the shape or size of the uploaded images

To ensure the best final result, we strongly recommend uploading high-quality images and carefully reviewing all information before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Although returns are not accepted for personalized products, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If a product arrives damaged during shipping or if you receive a product that is different from the order you placed, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the package.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, customers may be asked to provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once the issue has been reviewed and verified, our team will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or another suitable solution.

Order Cancellation

Because production begins shortly after order confirmation, order cancellations may not be possible once the design or printing process has started. If you need to make changes or request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will try to assist if production has not yet begun.
